Yea, SLOW DOWN RANDY!

Actually, if what you are saying is the outside is now a smaller dia than the inside of the fronts, that's pretty much normal.

What tire compound were you running (f&r) and how did the car handle?

Thanks for the answer. We were running the stock wheels and tires that come with the kit. It was cool that they were already premounted.

From what I've heard that condition is common on the F103 due to the lack of front camber adjustments.

One way which i heard off, but ive never tried, you can 'rework' the top joint using a low torch, giving the wheels more camber. This is with the fixed front end. I never worried about it. We ran mostly rubber tires back in the day, but i did hear of people doing this for TCS with foams.

There is, but probably not TCS legal. You can file the bottom center of the top arm so when you tighten down the one piece top arm it will pull downwards slightly causing some negative camber to occur.

BTW, had Mimi order me an F103RM along with some hop-ups. I hope the F1 class will take off on Sunday afternoons at The Track.

Default Anybody have an idea of best place to get F103R now

I've given up resisting. Must get one.... NOW!

Let me know if anyone has a suggestion of in-stock/online retailers with the 15th anniversary 103R.

I live really close to the Tamiya track in Aliso Viejo, and would love to run this car. If anyone else in the area is running a 103 (any variant) there, let me know.

Thanks!!
