I know! But a kit like this I couldn't pass up. I've got two and I'm thinking about getting a third. Two hanger queens, a runner, and a crap load of money. Just don't tell my wife (thinking to myself...I wonder if my wife would want one these for Christmas?)

Recently acquired these little fellas.

The RM is obviously new

There is also:
LM (R8R - new, but missing a body - got leads on a couple to chase)
An L - incomplete - mostly there - just missing some metal parts and a body!)
The last one is an unknown - from the wings i'm guessing its the Sauber C12 kit. Hopefully this one will be back in one piece soon. I have a Kyosho Benetton Ford (M. Schu ) body to hopefully go on this one.

Guess i've got som projects though

All three of the D-Drive Classic F1 bodies will fit over the F103LM chassis. I use the LM chassis just because i like the extra space. Also the Chevron body fits nicely over a F103LM if you want to use a newer F1 body.

But the Audi looks great also.

Think i'm gonna go with the sportscar theme - but i've certainly been cruising the D-Drive website for inspiration

Hi guys,

While was builting the 15th Anniversary kit, I realised that the 2 aluminuim T-bar support plates are actually carbon fibre in the pre-production pics.

Too bad it didn't make it to the production kit. I would prefer graphite instead though.

Anyone have a the part number for the aluminum standoffs and T bars? I'd like to get rid of my plastic battery holder. I've already dumped the end caps and tape in the battery. About the only thing I'm missing from mine to make it look like an R is the bottom plate mounted damper post and the upper deck. A part number for the carbon reinforced plastic front end would be nice too if it exists separately. The D-Drive in house front end is Sweet and more realistic looking, but not compatible with TCS rules.

Right now the only parts from the F103 15th that has parts numbers is the ,Carbon axle,Carbon friction plate, front and rear pre mounted tires and wheels. You will have to wait for the other parts,if and when the get released.
You can get the carbon long upper deck but it doesnt have the Alloy stand offs But it does have the alloy stand off for the front shock mount.

I guess I could use one of the after market sets offered at D-Drive to replace the stock ones and swap back if I'm going TCS racing. Thanks for the picture.
