Is Tamiya going to update their class rules to include an f103 class for the finals? So far, they only show these:

2008 Finals Classes
GT-1
GT-2
Mini
1/10 4WD Off-Road
Spec Novice

Sorry, just realized that you might have been talking about the Canadian TCS Finals, where they are included.

i had 2 f10x's in the early 90s. think the footwork was a 101 or 102, the benetton was a f102, and i had just scored 1 of those when the 103 lotus came out and felt gipped on my timing. still great times, sad to see them gone. i dont understand the need for fenders in all forms of onroad.

Ooops, never mind. Saw the tamiya.ca website and noted a body came with the kit. Odd thing is my LHS (Philippines) says there is none.

What after market F1 body and wings fit the F103RM?

Does the Tamiya (#50928) Ferrari F2001 body set fit?

I've never owned a F1 before and I'm not sure if aftermarket wings fit every chassis or not. Or...bodies for that matter. I plan on buying one of these F103RMs very soon. I'm just trying to familiarize myself with with after market ideas for this specific car. Hop-ups, etc.

Also....does anyone know if there is a 48 pitch spur gear that fits this car? If so, which manufacture makes it?

The F2001 shell dosnt fit the 103RM, it was designed for the F201 chassis. I think you can get them to fit but you have to modify it a bit.

RC Cross make a good range of bodies and wings.

go to d-drive, they have a good range of after market parts for the F103

So the High Nose or the F1-08 body set does fit the F103RM? No modifications?
