They do have the option of a wheel extension unit.

I'm trying to figure out where can I get it for my Helios, or is it out yet...?

The EX-10 Helios will have the new wheel extension unit. The Helios was just released to North & South America yesterday in 27MHz. The wheel extension and the new KR-302F receiver will be released at the end of the month. 75MHz has just been approved by the FCC and will be released sometime next month.

I have updated the website with settings for the VFS based ESC. the address is http://www.kopropo.com/KO-VFS_MGR.htm

Since were talking about good old stuff...just wanna say that I have yet to find any fault in my KO Mars (non R ) until now.been using it since i started RC.feel is good,i use racquet grip tape on the handle.weight is excellent.i DONT LIKE the BIG freaking radios.

One thing KO should do is enlarge the screen to display more settings on one page.i believe the Helios is headed that way.
Now i just wish(NOT) that my radio would break down so i can get the Helios!!

I have even asked how much something like this would cost if money was no object (and we have been offered this before) and it was in the ballpark of at least $1000.00 and they still would not do it. Sorry.
Why dont you guys make a radio, which can be changed for both right and left handed people? Well, I'm right handed, but anyway...

It would require redisigning of the entire radio in order to do that. The PC board layout would have to completly chnage in order to accomidate a reversable grip for left and right handed people. The balance may also change in the radio. This is some of the reasons that I have been told by the engineers.

75MHz will be released later next month. We have just received the FCC approval last week and production has begun.

The ones from overseas don't have the instruction manuals though, and if they do they won't be in english...

Im2lazy,
That's fine if you buy from overseas. When you have problems with your merchandise or need repairs, you will have to send it back from where you purchased it. Otherwise we will charge you x3 the amount for labor. And believe me, we know when you have not purchased from KO USA. Sorry.

definetally JR radios. They make all different kinds of radios and most of them go at least a 1/4 mile if not more.

I guess so. I work at a Hobby shop, but we don't carry KO. I'll just ask if they can order one special for me.

Well, for most rc car guys, how far a radio can go without glitching no longer matters. A lot of guys on this forum especially since it is so racer oriented. Farthest a car might go from us is the far corner of the backstraight.
