Default Electric motor need help

hey guys anyone know where to get a mabuchi rs540 motor and approximately how much it costs??

and is it any better than a 540J stock standard?

and can someone tell me if a trinity pro 27T motor is allowed in drift racing/competitions because one of my friends stole mine and keeps telling me that it is illegal in drift racning, so i will need some info to back me up. thanks

Josh
