Does anyway have a manual/instructions for the sx-12?
I purchased one here in Japan, but it only came with Japanese instructions!
Also, it was repacked to include japanese instructions and was labelled as a sx-12w, but on the esc it only has sx12 written (Different to the picture originally posted) it also came with a preinstalled heatsink too.
Can anyone clarify if it is the sx12 or sx12w?
Cheers

Found the manual... GM-Racing don't have the sx12 listed as a product on their website so i didn't think they would have the manual either, turns out they do!
From what i can tell GM's website is they only have the sx12w..
Still not sure if it is the sx12w or sx12 though.. here is a picture of it.

Yes, the functions are the same as the sx9..
The manual i got from the website is for both the sx9 and sx12 (It actually is the sx9 manual i think)..
I had the lrp quantum pro sport before, but my room mate (asimo) crashed into the side of me pretty hard, which craked open the esc and short circuited it, resulting in a nice little bbq.

The "W" is for Waterproof. I have one that should be with me any day that i was told was the waterproof one, but not sure if they do 2 versions. I believe they did do 2 versions of teh SX9.

One on my 414M2 which is running in 27t and 23t class and one on my TB EVO III with a 8T. Finally on my Yoke 12th WCR running on 8T four cell. I never seem to go warm except one occasion where i the terminal in my power car broke.

Looks like (and this is only a guess) there is infact 2 versions. The Sx12 and Sx12W. Although the manuel seems to only acknowlege the SX12W.
I have mine now and there is no heatsink on it. Mine looks just like the origional picture posted, the sticker is full size and has SX12W on it. Looking on the solder pads you can see some sealent that is on edge still. So i'm not sure how easy it is going to be to re-solder the wires (something i want to do).
