My vote to Ultraline for submitting these packs (the 3200 and the 4000) for ROAR approval. Im sure the ROAR approval would definately raise the value of these packs in the customer's eyes.

We allowed lipo's on my carpet track starting in the '06-'07 season before they were ROAR approved with a caed lipo rule. My carpet track has sense closed, lost our lease. The paved track I run uses ROAR rules. We didn't race on this track in the '07 season due to a remodel of the facility. In my area the racers were early adopters of lipo and brushless. Well before the ROAR rules ever came into play.

With the amount of orders from racers that don't care too or just don't race at ROAR tracks, not sure ROAR is the direction we need to go.

You may start placing orders now, batteries should be here next week.

hey, i placed my order about a week or week and a half ago...havnt gotten a shipping confirmation. I got an email from you saying they would be "in stock next week" and "next week" is about to pass. Have the orders that were placed before these were in stock been shipped yet? The website doesnt say "out of stock" on it anymore...

Yesterday i used them for the first time.Very punchy and runtime was about 9 min with a MM7700.I have to buy some more of these lipos and i don't care if they aren't ROAR approved.Price and performance are more important to me.

Everyone needs to quit getting on ROAR and Ultraline. Both of these parties are in the right. ROAR needs to approve and control what they allow in their races for many reasons, safety and insurance being just 2 of them. Ultraline is providing a relatively good battery at an amazing price. They (Ultraline) have chosen not to send them in for testing and approval so that is on their head not ROAR's. I would like to see Ultraline send them for approval. The more manufacturers the batter for the sport as well as cost. Having these batteries and several others both ROAR approved and not I think these will pass the tests and give everyone another option and peace of mind.

You did mention that Ultraline should send them in. My big thing was that there are few here that have been as hard on ROAR as I and even I see the logic in what they are doing. The flaming of both parties here is of no use. Just test the batteries or dont but dont blame ROAR if they are not approved if they never get them in for testing.
