Default Hpi on road

is the sprint 2 and the e10 practically the same because I'm looking for a car to drift that's fairly cheap

No they are not.

The E10 is intended as an entry level car with cool features (...dress up disc brakes/caliper too ) Probably do not want to higher than 27T stock motor.

The Sprint 2 is mid level touring car with added durability and tuning options.

Do parts swap between the two to be able to tune the suspension
