Means another day is over (+8 hours HK time) but My order still Not Posted to Me ...

There rubish, enough said....

Well i ordered a load of 416 parts from them, and when i added them to the cart, they where all in stock, as so it seemed.

So when my order still said pending, a week later! i followed it up, for them to turn around and say that half of what i ordered wasnt i stock!

Again rubish!

I'll stick with RcMarket from now on

Um....... yea mate that happens, a busy shop will sometimes neglect to update their website daily. But I wouldn't slag em, I've never had a prob.
If you buy O/S this is the risk you take.

It seems true they do not have totally accurate live stock levels on their website, however I have bought several times from them this year and each time I got my order quickly and in full, so they do seem to have a lot of stock in general. They answered emails within about 48 hours and even managed to supply a couple of parts that were not on the site after an email. So they have been a good place to trade with so far for me.

This shop is my #1 stop when I need anything, I've left ~1500$ there over the last 2 years. Yeah, the customer service is pretty low quality, it's really annoying sometimes, but the prices, assortment and the shipping prices are really appealing. The service used to be even worse somewhere a year ago, when they didn't have any information of current stock at all, I hope it's going to improve even more.

True but How about RcMarket,PrecisionRC,RCChamp ?
They've got good prices but when they says item in stock means Item in Stock!
So There is nothing to discuss about that This company should pay more attention what they are doing...
They have to be serious cos all that stories just like a joke...
I'm not saying They are con artist but They have to improve Themselves!
It's not that hard to answer emails come on

I have personally been in RCModel's shop numerous times and while it is a small shop it carries very good stock levels.

I would imagine that at time they have problems with stock levels. To be honest they are no worse than some of the USA sellers who hit your credit card only to find you get a shop credit.

Perhaps you could simply email to see if stock was available

This thread may wake them up and they start to work like Germans
Before buying from them Send them an email, no no Call Them an Ask if they've got the item in stock or not other than I'm not saying Mr Max Mo is a bad man or something...
All I'm saying they shouldn't sell the stuff that not in stock like an item in stock and ready to dispatch !
I'm not alone Many people here had an issue about their poor customer service....
I know They'll post my order but Why do we have to wait 2 weeks instead of 1 max

I found a little trick that works to see if they have the inventory or not. When you put an item into your cart check to see if there are asterisks after the description, those mean that they are not in stock. Do this before placing the order or inform them that you want the in stock items and are willing to wait for them to restock.

It can be frustrating at times but once you figure out how they work it goes rather smoothly.

AreCee, that might not work every time and I think this was that case. I've also had cases, when the goods appear to be in stock (no asterix), but they're not! But that has happened to me not only in rcmodel, but even in a well respected battery manufacturers/matchers shop in USA (I will not name them), I even lost a few bucks on refund due to bank money exchange.
