Same problem with rcmodel here, pending for 2weeks, nothing..

My last order was fine but it was express, this one is just regular email. I wonder if that makes a difference?

All the others have been fine. RCMarket is slow but no poblems with the service.

Service from these guys at RCModel is non-existent!
I bought some things from them beginning of last year, yes…in 2010 where their customer service provided me with the wrong information so of course I returned the goods.
I spoke to Terence Lam who helped me return the goods and after that, nothing. I have been at them thru their complaint system every second week to get update, info..just anything and they just keep closing my case.
They probably have the WORST behavior I have ever experienced and I buy a lot from ebay, web-based companies etc.

Seems i'm not the only one having problems with this shop...... Sad really 'coz I liked ordering parts there and had no problems at all until there were products that were in stock on the site however these weren't in stock at all apparently. So I am also still waiting for parts or a refund since half of 2010. After spending thousands of dollars at rcmodel I now do business elsewhere and have no troubles whatsoever. I advise people not to order from this site because there customer service is appauling!! Just don't say I didn't warn ya

rcmarket just as bad, they didnt stock the item I ordered even though it was listed as 'in stock'. Tell me its a 2 week wait, refused to refund me. So fuck them, no more shopping at rcmarket anymore. Their website is shit too!!

So I only have good experience with them. I have made several purchases with no issues.

I strongly don't recommend rcmodel.hk shop because they owe me money. I've sent 5 emails and logged 3 customer cases in their contact form but no asnwer till now.

I'll try to inform the best known RC portals in Europe to warn all possible customers

I've never had trouble with RCModel or RCMarket. Infact, I just ordered from RCMarket and got my shipment the same week! It's probably just case by case basis. I do remember years ago that I forgot about an out of stock item that I ordered from RCModel. It was totally out of my mind when I received a store credit email from them saying the item was no longer carried. So they were honest enough to tell me this. I have no issues with them. I am in USA if that makes any difference.

Me too. I dealt a lot with RCModel and 9 out of 10 I received my stuff within 8 days. They have a fine cs who answered my questions. I don't why people complain. For them there is a simple solution: spend your money for the same products at your LHS for the the amount you pay @ RCModel! I'll conitnue buying there.

Tried RCMart? As for the warning: I love to shop at RCModel, it is because just some persons didn't receive their orders in time. That is maybe 5-10% but the 90% of the statisfied customers are happy.
