From the looks and the inbetween spacing I think you are correct. Only they look like 3mm holes and the battery holders are mounted with M2,5 so... '

Hopefully someone from Associated can shed some light on this???

The On-Point body mounts won't fit. The standoff position is different from the new 10R5.1

I think I will draw some new ones and CNC them for the car if needed.

Maybe for the brass weights?

I just pre-ordered my 10R5.1 from Stormer Hobbies. I called AE and they said kits are being packed now and should ship in 2-3 weeks.

I was on the fence between this kit and the SpeedMerchant World GT3. They cost the same but I wanted to run the R5 front end so that sealed the deal.

There are a lot of things to like on this kit.

The extend shock mount on the rear pod plate is an option on other kits.
The thru-shaft shock is nice to build and eliminates the cocking/friction of the piston and shaft under compression.

The split damper tube plate allows for very tidy wiring.

The stiffening rails are an interesting feature. I think you could use them as a tuning option. It looks like you could run the car with or without them.

after setting up a large track today, i took my RC10R5 out for a spin, the only motor i had spare was a 13.5 one, so i tried that on 2s

HOLY F**K THIS THING IS SO FAST i thought down the back strait, but i was having a small issue with screws popping off, so threadlock it tonight.

got a 10.5 on the way so i can run 1s, can't wait to give it a proper go

It is a blast to drive

Associated Rc10R5.1 Left Wheel Hub 8610

Will this fit the RC10R5 and still keep the rear width the same? Has two screw fixing rather than one.

Oryginal left hub should be modified for 2 screws then it works perfect.

99% that new one will fit 10R5.
I saw in manual that in .2 they use again 2 washers on axle and at old one 10R5 there is also two washers.

It should work without problems.

Two screws like IRS style works better, no moving hub on axle, I just
rebuild old left hubs for 2x inch screw, it need some work but it is worth
