if it only counts every other lap then the scoring is system is set to to long of a lap min lap time
one of our oval tacks set theirs to 5 sec a lap and we turn 3.5 so we only counted half of our run.

A friend of mine who runs for associated has hesitated on ordering units b/c his amb is dead and he remembers the # despite it being worn off....but honestly how does he prove the #. advice folks, i sent him your link (doesnt frequent the forums...too busy practicing at his test track ha).

if it does not work mrt can not clone the unit. just having the number does nothing at the moment. it has to be able to clock on a loop

i have traded email with him. i have an amb and a mrt lost by the post office. so working with him on getting replacements.

I had Terry clone my transponder. Terry is great guy communication was good, he is a busy guy. I shipped from chicago the uk took 6 days, arrived on a friday terry emailed me then shipped monday. Took 8 days to get back, but tracking showed my transponder arrive in Atlanta in 2 days then was in Minnesota 3 days later then another 3 from minn to chicago. USPS rules. The three clones i have work great no problems. If i do it again i might get a shorter lead.

ok Thanks. I emailed Terry today. I found out today that AMBrc/ My laps dont repair their products. I wanted to get my PT's wire replaced. sent it on 4-6, talked to 2 people about what i wanted done. they sent me a repair form i put my PT in the mail and today they call me telling me they dont repair PT's. today is 4-27 and i get a call telling me they dont repair and that they are sending it back. When i emailed and spoke to someone i should have been told then.
