Default Help needed for 1/10 rubber tires

I need help with running rubber tires on a TC5 with a stock motor on carpet. Rubber tires are new to me so I have no idea how to set them up, for example do you run any traction compound on them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

at my track we put grip on the rear tires and i think the inside half of the front tire and then let it sit for about 10minutes to all or nearly all liquid is gong.
