Default VTEC 4100 stock spec cells

Could somebody tell me if these Vtec 4100 stock spec cells of LRP are really good or are just the relabelled of these "troublesome" IBs?
If these 4100's have really high voltage and low IR(at least as well as GP3700) to run well in stock races also with acceptable reliability which could be store a little more time, in the case i didn't use LRP's cells before nor people around me?

Best regards

We have two 5 cell accus stockspec 4100 with nice voltage 1,27....

we hava also two big mamma team spec accus.

The big mamma gives a little more speed,
the stockspec gives more torq the first 5 rounds.

Overall we prefer the big mamma's.
the give a more equal laptimes.

One of the stockspec cells was 0v wen we bought it,
the shop replaced that cell. ( after 3 weeks )
We use the cells with an LRP TC and a LRP 10,5 turns brushless.
that is the local stock class.

Well mean is also not well with these Vtec, in the case i bought 30 IB4600 shv in HK on 2-3 weeks ago within 7 cells unworkable, but of course i will never go back there anymore, nor to ask also to replace because in HK is impossible to do like EU and US, that's why i try to find a good cell.
I have heard also even orion's SHO with the similar problem.
If i am not wrong i think Vtec are derived from IB, so maybe i have try to find if still exist GP3700 batteries, i think they should the best nimh cells in the world.
I have tried to ask BOL of HK about GP batteries but still without reply from my e-mail, if they has the last generation of 3300, maybe i will try it.
In the case i run 5cell, we are running on a small with medium traction concrete track with 11.5R motor running on 8min race rules, i had tried before with 5cells GP3700 in the track, then i got 2nd in the B main against everybody around me running with 6 cells then my gear are only on 5.64 FDR.
