where are you running the cars? track, street? when i run my cars in the street the car will follow the road, the roads have a crown in the center to allow water drainage. if i'm on the left side of the road the car will want to go left, if i'm on the right side of the road the car will want to right. if you're on a track it should be fairly smooth and possibly level but the same rules apply there. if the track is sloped one way the car will want to go that way unless you adjust the suspension so the car will go straight on a sloped road.

Your running some pretty crazy motors there, hows your throttle finger? A heave finger and no traction will cause your car to pull to one side or the other.
