Default Novak GTB with a speed passion 5.5

Can any one tell me if a Novak GTB speedie and a speed passion 5.5 are compatible? The Novak instructions say only use Novak motor's. So I'm wondering what (if) any thing will happen if I pair them up.

they should work fine together .just make sure you hook the senro wire up .I have gtb and a speed passion 17.5 put together and they work fine
