Wing Overhang!!??

Hey, im going to the second round of the BRCA nationals this weekend but I am confused by the wing overhang of bodyshells..

Running a speed 6 mazda there are bumpers and struts coming out of the back.. Is the wing to be measured from this bumper/lip at the bottom of the shell that sticks out? or from the indented part, where the actual light stickers go..?

Also is there simple way of setting it to the correct amount?
Last time i just stuck it fairly far forward but feel it could do to be placed correctly now...
Regards

I dont have a copy of it to hand, but im sure its mentioned in the BRCA handbook, hth

As a guess I would say it is the furthest out part of the bodyshell, as any indents are obviously closer than the furthest end part of the bumper as such.

Edit: I have found an online rulebook if that helps? :)

One of the scrutineers at West London advised me that my wing would fail as I mounted it 10mm from the bumper.

It turns out the rules say the overhang is measured from the boot lid.

Hope that helps.

Its measured from the bootlid. Not struts, not bumper, not headlights.
