I just picked up a 16x3 v2 from sheldons hobbies for $105. I used it on my 2 yr old 3000 panasonics, and it charged them with no problems. I also have a 16x5 v2 and absolutely love integy's products. If you dont want to spend over $200 for a charger and power supply (yes, a power supply IS optional) than the 16x3v2 and 16x4 are darn good chargers for the dough.
Also the quasar pro is very good, it should be its made by integy. The regular quasar (non-pro) is good too, but doesnt have a display and the peak detection only goes down to .05 millivolt, some batts require .03 millivolt like the panasonics.

The quasar pro is basically a 16x9 without a backlight, isn't it?

The Quasar Pro is like Integy's 16X7 Pro

The 16X9 is similar to the Turbo 35 (size and look wise).

Sort of but the 16x9 dosn't have some of the fetures of the T's like motor run-in. Integy should offer an upgrade pack for the 16x9 that includes higher charge rate and discharge at 30 amps as well as a motor run in Mode. If they sold it for $60-$70 odd hell I'd buy it.
