My vote is on the T2'009. T3 would be treading into Team Associated territory and would likely be confused for an offroad truck

unless it was called the t3009, i cant wait to see wat it looks like. i hoep it comes out with the same idea with the mi3 having only 2 screws and u haev the diff and 1 screw and u have the layshaft, the rest can stay the same

Might as well call it the Xray 599 edition...

Retail Price $599.

So lets get this straight, all that effort put into lowering the bulkheads on the '007 didn't pay off since you can not cram a 24mm tall LiPO into the car. Pretty much re-release of the original T2 with slightly taller bulk heads to allow the taller LiPOs would work.

Nah, the capacity of LiPo's will continue to increase into smaller packages. The SMC 4000 is a good example. Small, Dense, and moderately heavy, fitting perfectly in an XRay under the factory battery strap. The Orion 3600 LiPo is 1.5mm taller than the SMC, and less capacity too.
