hi

i have a novak 4.5 turn brushless motor and some LRP vtec 4200 and IB 4200 , 5 cells pack and i discharge then charge the batteries and they only take 2500 mah can someone recomend me some very good batteries for my motor

normally wat u do is, discharge - equalise "each cell" to 0.9v * DONT GO ANY LOWER as ib's like to have some voltage in them. then charge at normal peak at 5 amps.if they are only taking in 2500mah, they must be very old 4200's. id go with the team orion batteries 4200's

thanks but do you now where to buy the cells my budget is around 35 pounds 60 dollars and for equalising the cells are you talking about a novak smart tray

is that 35 pounds each or 35 pounds for 4 sets of batteries??? i live in australia and mostly buy my stuff from america at amainhobbies.com.
yes im talking about any equaliser that can go down to 0.9v, some equalisers cant do 0.9v for ibs so be careful when purchasing one

35 pounds would get u a set of unmatched 5 cells. ask your local track where u they get the batteries from.
