I dont think youre going to get anybody to say anything bad about their products, because theyre quality. But youre not going to get alot of "appreciation" for a company that charges what they do for their stuff.
People appreciate companies like Speed Passion and several others who support their customers and products very well. Has anybody from Muchmore ever answered a question on RcTech?

but will do tomorrow, and ill see how long they will take.
but so far, ive been on the line with ryan lee and he seems to be a nice guy to deal with. thumbs up.

Muchmore builds all of there electronic equipment in house, there quality standards are very high and they make equipment that we all dream of having. This is a race company and all they want to do is make the coolest products on the planet. You don't have to buy the expensive tire warmers but they do have cheaper ones EVO3080 so they are looking out for you, most racers I know want the best an will not settle for less. Remember if you
want good quality products and small compact, light weight any color you want to match your car Muchmore is it!

Default terrible

Much More has terrible customer service. I gave them a discharger to get fixed and they had it 4 months and when I finally got it back it was still broken...I got rid of all my muchmore stuff and there chargers and dischargers make to much noise....

First CTX-D I had was broken. Took a while to get fixed (at extra expense to me) when it came DOA. Then found it had a major flaw. Pins would sometimes back-out while discharging which wasnt recognized as an error condition. Just that the discharge must be done on the cell. So the next time you charged the cell would explode as someone pitting right next to me found out. Was fine if you double checked the numbers when done but apparently that guy didnt. Seems like it should have recognizing that happening though.

Default Much More

Much Mores customer service since they have switched over to Hobbico as their distributor here in the US has been great. I sent a charger in with about a week turnaround time and have heard from one other person that sent a power supply in with the same results.

They did go through some issues during the final months of there original US distributor and then the transition was pretty slow to move over to Hobbico but its appears to be all fixed now.

I have heard alot of great things about there products so I bought a silent charger when they first came out, it lost all of its programming within a couple weeks but since I got it back I have had no issues. I have also owned the cheaper set of tire warmers and they did the job and now I own the digital tire warmers and they work awesome! So overall I am happy with the company's products and customer service.

If anyone has issues with their Muchmore products please goto the new website www.muchmoreusa.com. Hobbicos Hobby Services is the best and will repair all muchmore products. We know that there was problems with Muchmore Canada and customers not getting the best service, that has changed.

If you have any conserns about muchmore or any gripes please feel free to post them on this fourm and I will pass them onto Muchmore Korea.

Also please check Tower Hobbies for new pricing on Muchmore products, the prices were reduced.

Example

CTXW-Tire Warmers old street price 250.00 new street price 199.99

We have reduced the pricing on Muchmore products and will try to keep them low as possible.

Personally I like their stuff VERY much, but I only own the 24Amp PS and the CTX-W Tire Warmers.

Team Much More Money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The products I have bought from MM have been excellent. They look and work great. No real complaints other than what most said about the slow service but it looks like that might be fixed now. Nice to know.
