for those that are using the r9-f body, what position are you mounting the wing? this will be on a "mod" car if it makes a difference.

any update on roar approval?

any snap shots of the rubber version and how will it compare to the mazdas?

yes, looking to hear from people who have bee running what they think. Does it give a lot of roll like an Alpha, an down force similar to the dna, planted like the mohawk?

How's she go?

well then, since you are so educated, proper and witty, perhaps you could clarify for me the performance difference running carpet foam 13.5 brushless between the shovle front dna, the rounded and looser alfa or the ultra planted mohawk vs. this awesome looking r9-f.

And if I'm a wanker for not knowing this, what does that make euro's who know SO much about autos but can't drive them well enough to make it to the dentist????

Cant drive to the dentist. Funny! I was just pulling your chain, I'm from Texas. I was just making the point originally about the "Alpha" because no one seems to have a clue.

Default Wings

Was wondering about the wings on the bodies with the cut out slats. On the website it says "The add-on wing has clearly marked ”slats” that when cut out will increase the wing efficiency."

Might be a dumb question but does increased wing efficiency mean more downforce or less? If more downforce...how does that work?

Mine doesn't have clearly marked "slats"

My question wasn't R9-F specific, it was more of a general aerodynamics question. I was looking at the Mazda wing and the slats there. I do remember someone saying the cutout on the sides of the R9 wing are also to increase wing efficiency.
