Any idea on the price of the Viper X10 200mm car? I really want to get the class started locally if there is enough interest. Also, I know you have the Touring car style front end on the one on the site, but will it be offered with the Associated style front end as well? If I read correctly, all WGT legal cars must use that front end?

K Spec
I will not post prices ok, here anyway but it is the same price as the Viper F1 maybe a few dollars more with the frontend thing.

Well I have not checked the WGT rules as for late I thought it said a front end with a lower locked suspension and spring loaded king pin? But if I am wrong than I will put any front end on it that people want I like the CRC my self.

Hey Chad.

I must also add that this car

Has an adjustable wheel base. That is to say the length of the Chassis can be extended.

From 254mm (V103SW) Pictured

or 259mm F103 or V103

or 280mm F201

That is a big plus for this type of chassis. and will help in tuning to the track you are racing on and your driving style.

I told you he would "splain" it! Dang, now I feel special...I'm all verklempt.

A side by side 4 cell chassis? Now I'm jealous.
4cell F1 is way cool even against the 6 cell cars. At least until you hit the back straight at the Bowl. Then they kind of move out of the way a little. Speaking of... I didn't know the 4wd would go that fast until I hit the back wall. Dang near turned it back into a kit! Some reassembly required.

Thanks.

I can't wait to drive it!!! and for you guy's to see it and test it.

With the adjustability of this front end and wheelbase and the rear pod setup Man it is just sick!

With or with out the shock setup on it or the Cantilever Suspension, with the fixed lower arms and adjustable top links (caster) & (camber) and you still keep the push rods for the car these will adjust chassis tweak in & out of the chassis, I am thinking of doing the lower arms out of carbon fiber with mechined aluminum ends on them. But we will see.

I would say Foams but there are still Rubber slicks out there for your F103 Cars.

Yes you can make a F201 Body fit the F103.

I use the F201 front wing and cut the last mounting hole back so it will fit in the F103 I do not use the top cove or I cut the wing mounts down to let the body drop down.

How much longer is the 201? Do you have to trim the shell to put it on the 103? As long as we are keeping them in the same class I think I will stay with the 201, at least until I can no longer get parts.

I think the F201 is 280mm and the F103RM is or F103 is 265mm so 15mm the body need to be cut for the front suspension on the F103 and not the F201 I did take some off the nose and I have always cut the rear Different.

I will post a pick ok

You cut the rear of the body out first and the rear mounting holes then install body and mark out the front suspension. and your done.
