what's a good servo to drop in a F103RM? Low profile, or high speed?

Hey Marty! I ran one of MX's f201's at prime time 2 weeks ago and had a blast! I was originally set to run it again at the builder's cup but I couldn't find the parts I needed to fix some of the stripped/loose parts. So, long story short.. I will now be running one of the Cross F1's instead. According to George, I should only need tires for it. I was hoping that you could help me out. I need to know which tires will work. I was hoping pan car tires would, but after reading back a page it seems like it would take some modification to make that happen. So what are my options? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Keith F.

Let's see, I could take Friday off and maybe doc and I can run up there and get you. I'll have doc bring his ball peen hammer in case he has to do any therapy or bone adjustments on the way down...he loves his job.

Rad Chad and Tricky Nick racing for MLP in the Cup race! How cool is that! I can hear the Hyperdrive guys making adjustments now.

Keith, that's easy. Tower has the Duratrax mounted wheels and tires for that car. They are from the Duratrax Delphi Indy and ready to mount. They only come in green though. Also they have the F103 tires (not mounted) that apply to the wheels with thin servo tape that comes with them. Much cheaper. The best though is at www.d-drivesportsenglish.com . Different shores for the tires and cheaper than buying here. Plenty of time so check them out. I'll see you Sunday.

Hey K Spec. I was happy to hear you had fun running the Older MLP F201 car.

MX's got it all right, I would go with the D-Drive stuff.

I had a bad day today, but I will be sending a package out in the next day or 2. there will be enough parts for both MLP F201's and kents car as well.

Sure come on up both you and kent, then you can take this package back with you MX! anyway I still hope to make it down there for the race but with all of the crap going on around here I am not sure at this time.

Finished Updates on your Car MXRich Check it out call me when you get it.

More pics here. wwwmlpmotorsports.net

The MLP car was a missle out there. Putting on the 1/10th doughnuts was the trick for that track...I guess Keith did ok too for a newbie.

I love this job! I guess the only thing left is for you to get on your bicycle and haul butt down here for the warmup race. Thanks Marty, It looks like it's going to be a killer. The gang won't know where the shot came from.
