Default TC5 Gearing

I have a TC5 with a Novak GTB brushless setup. I currently have a 10.5, but I am going to buy a 17.5 motor. I am a little confused about gearing and I know Novak recommends a 3.5 final drive ratio. What are you guys using for pinions and spur gears. Please include the brand name and any observations(punch, top end, heat, etc). Thanks for your help.
