ok - someone correct me if i'm wrong here, but i dont see anything new at all?

Looks like just a grouping of existing hard and soft composite parts, existing itf on the rubber kit, spool for asphalt, and aluminum outdrives in the kit instead of having to buy them as hop ups.

Anything new and cool in these kits that I'm missing?

No. They are just aimed at buying one kit for 1 purpose, than buying the TC5 and all the extra parts to get it to run right on rubber on carpet. Nothing special I guess just a better deal.

Better late than never Wish they had come out with these kits in the beginning. What do the countersunk washers do on the Rubber kit? Does it add flex?

Yes the washers add flex. It's been a fairly common mod people have been making.
