it is awesome i bought a ATOMIC lipo battery strap it looks like a C it goes around the side of a lipo so you can mount it out side the chassis up to 1/2 inch and still tape the pack they are $20 in ebay but i changed up my mounting locations and added 2 more mounts to bet more stability

Default Less than a month!

The race is less than a month away! Entries are starting to really roll in now... had an awesome warmup race this weekend down in Florida everyone is ready. Eventually we are going to post class limits so we can set time schedules, practice, and order proper awards. Get 'em in!!

Thumbs up

hey guys, i can't wait to get to florida and race the Snowbirds, it's my first time down so i'm very excited.
i have just one question for anyone running mod touring, which motor is better for indoor carpet mod 3.5t or 4.5t, just wondering i've been testing with many different turn motors and find there isn't much difference between lower turn motors out of corners just down straight's
any info would be helpful, thanks.

see you all there!

A 4.5t with lipo will be plenty of motor.

Hello racers... just a couple weeks and it's time to race. The Entries are starting to come in good now, and we expect another awesome race. Starting to work on possible class limits as we get closer, but right now everything is open.

The hotel room block expires Monday with the good rate so make sure to call in!

Please check out the race site as we keep it up to date with all the latest happenings leading into the 'birds:

Hello Markus. 12th is 865 grams. See ya soon man!

Goods news from the hotel. They are extending our block and room rates. We are getting lots of last minute racers planning on coming, and this should help out. So no worries on getting a good discount room.

Entries are rolling in and we are all very excited. Should be getting team entries up soon. Make sure to check out the race site and webcam link on there... it's been a cold winter so a get away to Florida is going to be welcoming to many!
