I am 99.9% convinced that the second new XRay car is going to be a 1/18 scale micro because of this: http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...&postid=451212

Nice picture Accord.

But I don't see how the chassis will let you run a saddle pack on the new T1M. If you look at where the servo is mounted, the rear post is between the second and third cell of the battery pack. It doesn't look like you would be able to get a battery post and the servo post on the same side of the car. I looks to me like the car was designed for all four cells to be on one side with the electronics on the other. Thats just the wat it looks to me. I could be wrong, but I didn't see anywhere in teh description about being able to use saddle packs. I will go back and look again just incase I overlooked it.

Can't wait for it to come out, I am already on a waiting list for one when they become available.

Do yu guys know any dimensions on the Yokomo and the Xray 1/12th Mini? I am building a one-off Mini sometime this fall (ordered everything i need to do it already). Its just a matter of getting it all put together now. I need to know wheelbase, etc.

Thanks,
Ray

Caddzilla - Dremel...... I'm sure you could dremel out a servo mount and get some saddle action going, as for the right rear battery slot, that would be a squeeze to get a battery into, but I reckon it's possible, once again it might need some dremel action.
