I just use SPUR/PINION=A x Int= FDR .I had 94sp, 34pn, 2.43- @6.7 was the hottest came off at 198f using a fan heatsink also. I will start at 4.5-5.0 fdr next week and try it I guess.

I've been running a 21.5 outdoors, but without timing. For that, I've been running a 4.0, with about 12* on the motor. It gets up to about 160 when it's really hot outside. The few times in the winter I ran with timing, I was around 4.25-4.5, with about 45 boost, and rpms from 5000-15000 ish, and that was hitting 140* in much cooler whether.

So like someone said above, I think you're way off on your gear. I didn't see you post your RPM range, but I'd strongly suggest starting with something safe like 5000-20000, and work down from there.

Randy, After you update youe ESC to v208 how do you go back to 203 or 200 if you want to? In v203 there was a list of versions to choose and in v208 only 208 is listed.

I'm running tekin redline 17.5 in sedan with a tekin rs

What setting for the llimiter? trying to go as fast as possible lots of fast cars in the class, btw we run 6mins

does the limiter help with heat?
