Start RPM 5000
End RPM 24000
7,8FDR

Watch the motor temp.
If it is to much power lower the Turbo ramp to 2 and the Boost to 45
I did this so I could hold it on the track.
Thanks Mikky, will try it out today.

I have just purchased a new Tekin RS which I intend on connecting a Speedpassion Ultra sportsman 17.5.

Question if I upgrade to the latest 203 software what is a safe place to start, the car I use is a Corally Phi 09.

The Track is approx 110x45 .

Thanks in advance

Michael

Would this set up be good for duo 1's as well?

Anyone getting any real speed out of the Nemesis 13.5 / 17.5's without cooking them. I'm running V203, I've tried everything but, the Nemesis for me is slow and gets real hot. Any help would be appreciated.

Try less timing. If that cools it off but it still isn't fast, go up on the pinion.

I still prefer the duos and Tekins myself.

How is the Tekin compared to the DUO?

Theres a nemesis thread somewhere. They say that the nemesis does NOT like high timing (including esc timing). It also says they do not like heat, not sure if that means they die permanently when they get hot or just go soft real quick for the rest of the run.

So far, I find the Duo can take a bit more gear, giving me better straight speeds without the laptimes falling off. On my track's current fast layout, it's a bit quicker. The Tekin seems to have great infield rip which may be the way to go when they go with a super twisty layout. I'm still experimenting though.

Ok so they are very close to each other.
The Duo wins on the straight and the Tekin in the infield.
I'm going to order a Tekin 13,5T. We have a technical track. My 10,5T went good but I heard good things about the DUO motors so that's why I asked.
