Id like to be able to save multiple hotwire setups to the esc so i can change mid event. Unless you have a laptop this is a real concern, you dont know if you days racing at a new track will be wrecked by picking a setup which isnt quite right.
Anything like this in the pipework?

Me with a 10,5T
It's mod and to fast for me.

I love it but I hope that I can handle the 13,5T better.

Question;
How fast can the 10.5 with turbo compare to what low turn motor without turbo on?

I could keep up with a 5,5T on a indoor track on the straight.
The Turbo was ad that moment on 10 and Boost on 50.

That super slow boost engage profile was for the 6lb SC 4x4 as an example of the other extreme from a light 1/12 scale with direct drive. As you add timing you gain rpm and loose torque. You can get away with less torque in a light car and add the timing a lot faster and at lower rpms.
I see what you are saying. Now I just wish there were more fine tuned options for the start RPM. For end RPM's below 10,000 it seems like the usable options for the start are only 1,5XX, 2,5XX, and 4,0XX.

We are stuck with some nerd math restrictions to make it happen fast enough. Move the top around a little and all the bottom rpms can be achieved. As the top rpm goes up and down the start rpms move with it.

An observant person might notice the pattern: 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048.... Look familiar from computer specs?

Actually there is some other math in there so it is not really that obvious now that I look at and there are some gaps that are hard to achieve. But the reasoning for the choices is valid.
