It seems like there weren't any Tekins in the A main of the DHI cup. I'm wondering how it compares to the BD and SXX Stock Spec.

Don't worry, they are as fast as them on a indoor track without the Turbo.
Can't wait till they drive on a big track against each other.
Tekin was last year very fast on the large tracks because of the Turbo.
I believe that the SXX and Black diamond will be surprised.

there aren´t that many tekins racing in europe. and the best drivers are using the lrp or bd so it is not only the esc winning it is as much the man behind the sticks/wheel

Are you sure you had 203 loaded in your speedo? The motor temp is fine but you should have noticed a HUGE improvement in speed vs. 200.

After a firmware update you need to perform the initial setup again. The 3 flashing lights are saying you are not at neutral.

Going to run 2 cell touring car with a 13.5 motor for the Snowbirds. Have not used V203 yet so I need to know what would be a starting point. Thanks

My local track has a 80feet (25m) back straight. (top section in the attached pic) Outdoor, asphalt.

background info:
T2'008, 2sLipo + Tekin RSPro + LRP 10.5R
Spur: 84, Pinion 21, FDR = 7.6
RS setting:
motor = 0deg
profile = 3
boost = 40
turbo = 10
delay = 0.8
end = 12000
start 45xx
ramp = 1
(these are Randy's 'general' recommendations)

motor temp is 40C ish, outside temp is 15C

I find turbo kicks off a little late ... almost near the end of the straight,
thus I need to brake earlier / harder.

Would you guys recommend to run turbo for this distance?

no turbo VS lower delay & lower end RPM?

any suggestions? many thanks!

Trust me, I just got back from the Novak Race and the V203 RS would eat the Black Diamond alive down the straight.

I would start by dropping the delay to
.6

Then try increasing the end rpm

But you should be able to get the turbo
kick in on that straight easly
