Randy. We ran the KO Propo two weeks ago wanting it. What do we need to do to prove we need the 64 bit version.
Sorry about that.

How can you tell what version the software is on an RS Pro? I got a used one without the Hotwire and have no idea of what software it has loaded.

You will need to hook it up to a hotwire to determine what software is installed.

Default set suggestions

now that i have been instructed that you have to have the booster and the speed control on at the same time i am pretty good to go. but, now i need suggestions on how to set up the speed control..i have been instructed on how to set up the infield and and straight away with the speed control. i am willing to take any more suggestions out there..example..how do you set up for infield, how do you set up for straight away, do you use timing in motor, how do you determine gearing...just questions..all that has helped me thus far i do appreciate the help but i am always wanting more information and suggestions to come up with my own method...

Is this the same with a receiver pack? I was under the impression that if you are running a receiver pack, you do not turn on the esc.
Anyone? The RS Pro that I got had the switch cut off.

That's ok, I take mine off also. I just use a switch on my receiver pack so that I don't hve to take it in/out of the receiver.

Can the V2.00-software be run with a brushed motor? WIll it give a speedboost as it does on a sensored brushless motor?

Yes it can be run with a brushed motor.

No it won't give a boost on a brushed motor, as there is no way of electronically altering the timing on one.

Default Esc switch

I have fitted mine with a booster not a reciever pack. Also leave Esc switch off.

With 1s definitely leave the switch off. It seems to run much better throughout an 8 minute race without a major drop in performance.
