What's the deal with the RS/RS Pro being out of stock everywhere?

Maybe a hint provided by Randy?

The RS is simply a hot product and most shops aren't stocking enough to keep up with demands...

My local club members werent so helpful with the 64 bit os system problems, they said switch to 32 bit mode, but from what i read that isnt as easy as it sounds. So whats the real deal and how long before I can use Hotwire?

what is the best way to open up the redline motors and clean the bearings? I pulled off the back plastic plate but as soon as the aluminium front plate gets off just a little bit the rotor wacks to one side (magnetic) and i can't seem to do anything about it. Anyone know another way or a propper way?

Thanks to Randy for the patience of the proverbial saint, dealing with us impatient beings who can't follow instructions too well !! I finally got the latest update functioning. Gotta admit, it's pretty frightening to run up the car on the bench and see that turbo kick in.....phew, away it goes like I've never seen such a build in revs. I know this doesn't mean a thing til the rubber's on the rug and for that I have to wait for Thursday at Timezone. Just see how long thum moteurs last with this powerful tool RS Pro..

Your probably ganna have to show me what I'm doing wrong... I can't figure it out. First I completly uninstalled my current 198 software, then I converted the 200 software to .zip and reinstalled, but I still only get vr 198 to pop up, and I do have 32 bit vista os

Guys,

Does anyone here have a good setup for the RS/RS PRO using a 21.5 BL using the version V200
I'll be racing at The Track "Mimi's" in MD
Also a good starting point for the FDR would help a lot

Thanks in advance...

Prolly one step I kept bungling was the 'APPLY' clue. That then allowed me to get to the virtual file and delete that item. All worked once I'd backtracked 10 times to discover what I'd missed. Even now, I can't say I'm sure of what I did, if you know what I mean !! Could be the actions of a 61 year old kis with head flu...........

With 17.5 is was at 30 Boost/10 Turbo/10 on the motor(duo)/30 drag brake, with a 5.77 FDR, the motor came off @ 170 or so(no fan). With a 21.5 id run the same setup, just re gear for the motor, id guess start @ 5.2. Run for 3 mins or so, temp, and then run another 2 mins and temp it. If it keeps going way up, back off the gear, but if it only goes up a few *'s, you got it. HTH
