and
c) 0 motor timing & max esc timing with higher fdr

im finding this after a whole year of testing, and comparing my cars to others with no esc timing. Just when I think one option is better then the other, I go try the other 2, and can lap comparable times.

The real benefit is with the small footprint of the tekin speed control.

I've found, and am keeping to my set up of full motor timing, plus esc 10 boost just to give it abit more then what the physical motor can, and play with my gearing til I get 150F at the end of my runs.

thats my honest opinion!

have fun finding out for yourself!
That is interesting, but needs a bit of explanation. What do you mean by "normal" and "higher" gearing? How do you qualify the two?

For a track that puts the motor all over the rpm spectrum there is not going to be much difference between the two setups. On a more flowing track I have found better results with a higher timing since the motor itself is spinning a higher rpm most of the time. The opposite for a tight track. The real benefit is using the "proper" timing for the rpm of the motor and is the whole reason v200 was released.

You don't know about the other one? It will drive your car for you and has access to the gyro and traction control...

if i ever find a Paul L bobblehead... they say those will drive your car if installed properly and given a power lead, and connected to the 3rd channel of your receiver...

I am surprised there is a .5 sec delay. . . I would think they would goto .1.

I have used the Paul L bobblehead, it works fine but V1.0 has a bigger footprint vs the talked about V1.2 that is coming out. . .

To help with delay try to set your EXP at 100% when you calibrate and then turn it up to 120%. This made a big difference.
