the problem of this popup appears only on 3.25 and not any previous version. If the reasoning behind this is that it's impossible to get it to work in 100% of the configuration than I agree... It should work in 99.x% not the other way around.

sorry, i should have been clearer. We both had a GM 10.5t pro. His motor didn't scream on the strait and mine did (must be the timing thing). More testing to do. I do think that this esc rocks on small tracks. I only need to figure out the settings on the longer staits. Even though i got that weird message it seems that the esc is doing fine.

I drive with a pro10 (235mm) car.

Yes on the smaller tracks it's by far the nr1. It's just great to drive on smaller tracks with it.
On my club the Tekin is equal to the SPX.
On the longer tracks the SPX and the GM are faster.
Just wait. The turbo is coming and than it rocks also on the long tracks.

The GM motor is not a RPM motor.

yeah the gm is less rpm but i get the feeling it stays a little cooler then a lrp 10.5t. The guys with a lrp really got hot motors.

The fact is that we both had the same motors but he had a lower rollout then mine and top speed was roughly the same at the end. Maybe when i put one less tooth pinion in, 20 instead of 21, with higher boost 25 instead of 22,that the extra speed i noticed at the end will come a little earlier on the strait.

Indeed lets wait for the new version! ( in the meantime i will keep on testing
:-) )

Thanks Jim and Randy again for a great Speedo..My RS with 194 full boost 4.31 gear about ran over some cars in the main on a LARGE track running 17.5. No less a very competive feild of cars including 2008 National Champ Justin Lessard (SPX) and others..I had to lift going into sweeper a few times no to run thru some..LOL HP I was far from lacking..Driver I got second, Well I was just short on talent...

John, When you say a LARGE track what sort of length straight at a guess was it ?

Also at the 4.31 ratio and full boost, are you also running 0 motor timing ?

Thats correct.
The interface is not the best but it works.
Its too dark, a new brighter skin would be much better.

thanks.
This is the first chance I've had to run the lastest verision on my custom PC and I get the same messages that everyone's getting. I didn't try it on my laptop because the original 198 is on it and my custom PC has never seen Tekin before today and won't see it again. Glad I have the old 198 on my laptop and didn't unistall it.
