Randy....Any of your team drivers in the Denver, Co. area? Just acquired a RS Pro and Hotwire setup. Unfortunately all my pc's and laptops are 64 bit so I am assuming I would need some help in taking advantage of the Hotwire.

After he tells you no, find me at the track and I'll hook you up, I've got 189 working just fine on my netbook. :-)

Doubtful that it ever will be. I've heard of newer firmware already.

I don't show a driver in CO. What tracks do you race at?

In the Denver area, most of the electric racing is done at:

CORRC (on-road)
E-Team Hobbyplex (on-road)
MHOR (off-road)

All 3 posted above would be my stomping grounds. Although I run mainly onroad right now with the occasional dab in offroad. Guess you might want another Team driver up here...hint hint....

Adam...pm me a number to reach you at as I won't be in town until roughly the 8th of Feb. At lest I hope so i can race at the EPlex the 13-15 but right now its not looking good.

64 Bit version is still a ways off. It's presented it's own unique issues.

In response to 189 ever not being more than beta: No, it will stay beta. The team is running some test software that has a "unique" look to it which what Carbon Joe is reffering to.

The next public rev will have this "unique" look and be non beta software.

Is this "unique" looking software going to address the single cell lipo issues? I remember hearing a little bit in reference to that. Is there any idea when this will become available?

Ben;

The new software is cosmetic only. A new look to the interface.

We didn't really have issues with single cell. It was a matter of getting setups on the esc. Some ran boosters, others receiver packs.

We are working on some new software but it's not being released. For now 189 is "current."

The team guys do have a new "interface" look right now.

Ah, man, is this 'cause I teased you guys about the world's largest X button?! :-)

Hey, if it fits on 1024x600, I'll be thrilled.

Can we get an interface upgrade look at least? Or at least the new skin? That should be easier to phase in.
