OK guys, I need to pick the collective brains on this thread. I've only joined the tekin revolution as of version 199 (which I believe has been dynamic timing from then on). I remember gearing in the 3.9-4.2 area then and in the 5.9-6.2 with v203. Where do I want to start with the v208 "spec mode". Here are my specifics:

T2 '007 (still hauls A$$)
duo 17.5
Track is roughly 110 x 85
design changes regularly

Any info is greatly appreciated!!--Al

I just installed Hotwire 5 on my laptop. The email from Tekin had a link to the Youtube video showing how to delete the "tekin.esc" file from the computer.

On my Windows 7 machine that folder was empty after I had uninstalled Hotwire 4 (I didn't look before I uninstalled it). After installing Hotwire 5 it's still not there. Is that only a Vista thing? I had hidden files and folders set to display, so that wasn't the issue.

It's just that the rules state v200 ONLY with limited boost or timing.
where is the stock spec setting in the v208 you refered to?

If you watch the batch file it runs, it executes an msi uninstall before it installed hotwire 5.
