Default Airlines

Not sure if everyone knows or not but Mesa Airlines does have service from DFW in Dallas to Jonesboro. (with a stop in Eldorado) Haven't checked lately but I used to catch deals on tickets for $80-$100 bucks. I know an associate of mine took the flight a few weeks ago with 1 day's notice for around $200.

I heard they no longer offered that deal, but if they do thats cool. I would surely take advantage of it.

Over the last few weeks I have met many new racers as people are getting ready for this upcoming National Event. During this time I have had some suggestions from people on how to take this facility to the next level. The main thing that has come up has involved the way the corners on the current layout are bent rather sharply.

For this reason I felt I should make it known that for upcoming layouts (Nationals included) we will be using a different method to bend the pipes. This will allow us to make nice sweeping corners with near perfect arcs.

So, if you were on the fence about attending this event (or any event at this facility) hop off the fence and get signed up. Of course, one could argue that if you're the type of racer that would not run a race because the corners are not to your liking you probably don't deserve the opportunity to race for a National Championship, but thats another thread all together.

My point is if its better arcs that are needed, stay tuned as the new layout will be posted just before the event.

he's out of the office Monday, June 1st though.

Also, yes, you can sign up for 2nd class at the event. They might charge you a $20.00 late fee.

Pits:
We will have a tent large enough for about 120 racers to pit comfortably inside. These spaces will be reserved for those racers who are traveling from outside our area. All racers who wish to reserve a spot in this area must contact the shop to make arrangements. (870-933-0479) The tent spaces will be reserved (for persons living outside our area) through June 6th. After June 6th any remaining spaces will be available on a first come first serve basis. For racers who live within our region or any racer preferring to pit outside, there will be plenty of space for canopies and trailers. I will have ample AC power for everyone. Compressed Air will be provided, as air compressors will not be permitted unless you are running a generator.

Stated Tires (spec tire):
The rubber tire classes will all be using pre-mounted Much More 36's / Aqua. They will be available for purchase at the track for $25 per set. Also you may reserve them in advance by calling 870-933-0479, Visa, Master Card, and Discover are all taken.

Reminder 8k.
