Sorry to hear that. I have been told by numerous people not to use digital servos for throttle as there is more chance of damage with my vibration and forces felt near the engine. Not sure if this is true or not.

Yeah, man, what RBLove said. That should not have happened. Something HAD to have goine wrong, because Ko's products are top notch. Now, it is true that using a digi. servo on the throttle MAY, but not for certain, cause problems.
Yes, contact KO Propo USA, follow my link in my signature below my post.

KO products are very reliable. I have been using the 2144 on my throttle/brake for over a year.....no problems.

Do you use fuel tubing or a spring on the end of the linkage that pulls the brake? THere is a point on the brake cam/plate/disc where movement of the linkage will come to a dead stop, that's when you will strain the servo; do it long enough and you'd nuke it.

BTW, by using fuel tubing you would have better modulation on your brakes.

Please check EPA on Tx too?

Good Luck.

Most likely a bind in the steering or front suspension. One fo our local guys had a bind in his front suspension but you couldn't tell under normal conditions. It blew his Airtronics digital servo before he found the problem. Unfortunate, but it happens to the best of us...
