It's ,mid season now, and the racers that stock piled a crap load of RPs are indeed score leaders now.

This is unfortunate timing, with the popularity of rubber tires on a meteoric rise in the US. Hopefully we can get enough supply for all the big races coming up.

I guess what I was getting at was more of a quality preglued "spec tire" to replace RP30's on asphalt... it's been well documented that people aren't very happy with the latest batch of them...so it seems that something new is needed.

There are a few options available ... but it seems they are all very limited in numbers:

Speedmind/Sorex Premounts

Much More Sweep Premounts

Jaco is coming out with their new rim and maybe some compounds that are better for asphalt...?

Do the current rims have a flaw? Aside from being white, dish, and ugly like all the other premounts, that is

Personally I never had a problem with the dish rims at all...some people complained that they were weak... but I never experienced a problem with them.

Mine break all the time, I do not break other brands of rims or the car itself. I bring the car in and the rims are all cracked and warped.

The new batch of rubbers out there are terrible .we are running tires from last year with better success..

The new batch last one run maybe two...This is at all tracks within 150 mile radius of us.

And this is all manufactures.

I'm suprised this is such a problem..And nobody is officially giving us racers a answer..Basically its ruining outdoor season for us.

I hope it changes soon...
