Default is this a good charger?

I'm just a weekend warrior when it comes to rc car's.....handful of NiMh 4200batteries, thinking of going to lipo in the distance future.

I don't race, just want a charger that we do a solid job for up to $100USD that will discharge and cycle batteries.

Found this, would this do the job?

Appreciate any thoughts you may have

Can't seem to find much user info on it, but it looks like a pretty good all-in-one ac/dc charger

Don't know of any other ac/dc all-in-one chargers out there for less then a $100.

I use an Hyperion EOS0606i ac/dc all-in-one charger with built in LiPo balancer. I like it a lot and it is just what I needed for race days and bash days.

If you don't need an ac/dc model you could get a Duratrax ICE for around $130

If you can wait, I'd hold out for one of these.

For the price they seem to have some nice features. One problem is they don't appear to have any discharge capabilities. However, the one you're looking at has a max of 3 amp discharge which will be painfully slow and not very useful.

I have the integy 16x8 charger ac/dc , 30 amp discharge,
does lipo, nimh, nicd batterys . I can't be happier with it .
Its worked great instructions are clear on how to use it.
I will say there alot of options out there for chargers
I will say if your going to buy a charger buy one that is
more geared to the future. Most lipos are geared to be charging
no more than 1c. I feel down the line they will be able to increase
this to more than 1c so keep that in mind. But once you go lipo
you won't want to go back to nimh, man are lipos nice. And the cost
difference compared to a nice nimh pack is not much IMO.
