+1 on baking..i stripped my rim,but the tire was still good. [email protected] and it popped right off! u could re-use everything if u wanted!

and the stink really isnt bad at all. using jconsepts goosebumps..unsure of the rim, probably jc's as well.

I value my marriage and my wife would never let me put my tires in her oven. So I just use acetone in a mason jar.

I have Aluminum wheels attached to my rubber tires, if I boil them to remove the old tires, will it warp my wheels? BTW, I'm not trying to save the tires.

boiling won't hurt the rim if it's aluminum, just don't let the be in contact with the bottom of the pot while boiling.
