Well I'm in the amateur class and I'll let you know I can feel the difference of a heated or non heated lipo...

I see this situation as very simple..

1)You let people heat their packs safely with a "small" snake warmer.

2)Or you have people cycling packs to get heat in them.. Which you can't tech.

3)We all just run the batteries that shoot bullets at us, and hope your hand comes back connected.

I personally know I'd rather have all the little snakes wrapped up in blankets instead of being out in the open all week :-o

Man I wish I was going this year! So much drama before the cars hit the carpet. Isn't it about time to shut up and race?

I guess I will be the only one representing UT this year since the rest of the slackers are not attending. I guess you have a legitimate excuse.

So whats the schedule for the sunday after the main? I thought I read about a banquet or something but I don't see a mention of it on the iic website? Just trying to figure out the traveling plans. Or another night to see huge ta-ta's!

My intention were good, but from the feed back I have received from many people both racers and industry, I had to change my idea of having an awards banquet. I wanted to have an awards dinner for everyone after the event, but from talking to so many people it sounds like most people would not be attending it. So we will be having a special buffet dinner after practice and we will hold our drivers meeting during this dinner. This will be included with your entry. We will talk with everyone at this years IIC to see if the Awards Banquet is a popular idea and if it sounds like it will be, we will consider it for next years event.

So there is real no change to the schedule of the event, we will still run the finals on Saturday. And present the awards after each main.

Thanks guys,
Scotty

Everybody please check Here.

Please check the spelling of your name and that you have the correct t shirt size entered. The size that is entered on the system is the size that you will receive at the race.

Any corrections should be sent via email today to [email protected].

Thanks

Being out in the open will not happen anyway. Scotty has already posted that all Lipo's must be charged in a lipo sac at the race. And as a bonus you will get one for FREE in your racer good bag when you arrive.
