Heck, let's just have 45 classes with 10 drivers each. Everyone makes the A and goes home with a trophy.

In addition to the 8 classes that have been offered, we'll add:

1/12 Superstock
Stock, SuperStock, and Mod Pro 10
Stock, SuperStock, and Mod Trans Am Rubber
Stock, SuperStock, and Mod Trans Am Foam
Stock, SuperStock, and Mod MiniCooper

Thats gets us up to 21 classes.

But wait, we don't have Masters class! Every segment gets a Masters Option.

Up to 42 now.

Throw in an F1 demo race, a Robitronics Scalpel class, and a 1/18 touring class....voila!

Everyone's a winner!
Wow man, take a deep breath. It was a question out of curiosity prefaced with the admission that to add anything it would come at the cost of another class.

John, any reason you don't want to have any Stock classes besides 1/12-scale?

Easy there McSmooth, lay off the triple espresso!

I don't care which classes are run, I'll be there either way.

I agree that too many classes takes away from the racing.

And to think that I was going to offer you Goetz's Monokote sponsorship!

Get rid of foam 10.5 and make it rubber 10.5. 3 foam classes = zZzzz...

Or better yet, get rid of mod. :-D

Rubber: 13.5, 10.5
Foam: 13.5, 10.5
1/12: 17.5, Mod?

Maybe let people enter more than two sedan classes.

Cannot wait

Decided I was going after a) being in Vegas last summer and then b) watching it online in September!!

Once the classes are announced I better get testing. Now just gotta persuade a few people to come over and pit for me...... shouldn't be too difficult LOL!

Will Kraig be making an appearance this year?

Last year we set up on Monday and opened registration on Tuesday if I am not mistaken. I think the pits opened Tuesday evening for setup. So Monday-Sunday is not a huge stretch compared to last year... and there's nothing wrong with a few extra not-so-competitive days in Vegas, right?

Qualifying has been Friday and Saturday in the past with all the mains on Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday have been controlled practice days. I am hoping it is the same as past years, but things could be changed up a little this year. Only the Ernst crew really knows.

That's correct....Tuesday at like 2pm was registration.

Monday was the best night for the buffett at the South Point anyway, it was totally worth showing up on Monday. Gives you some time to get settled before it gets all crazy..

I hope it's again at the South Point...yeah it's out of the way, but it's only a $18 cab ride to the strip (club).

I'm calling for an upfront truce.

I promise to not throw traction compound soaked tires to someone a couple tables away and laugh as they catch them (Jake/Eric/Steve/Kenny/Tim), I won't place ketchup/mayo packets in the hinges of the chairs so they squirt out when sat on (Jake/Tim), I won't super glue anyones 1/12 body to their body posts (Jake), nor will i superglue tools and miscl. pit tools to the pit board (Jake).... or place tacks in the chairs (Jake) or glue tires to the chairs (Jake), or send a male midget stripper to anyones room (promised I wouldn't tell), or have a flight attendant announce that deportation services are waiting at the gate for someone (James).

In return, I hope to not have my shirt splashed with compound and/or mayo, told that I have to wear a dress if I don't make the A-main, no 60 year old 'ladies of the night' sent to my room, my car glued to the underside of the table, or have vinyl stickers made, worn and published that read:

"I heart Casey's Mom"
