The dual stacked PCB in a cubic package make me think to the Tekin controller.
And about the gold plug used as bridge between the 2 PCB .

"Time shift" is a kind of motor timing technology, the actual name should be "Phase shift". It will shift the motor phasing by software means.

"Turbo drive" is another new technology which can give you 10% more rpm on the straight.

The middle FETs are cooled by our "Direct flow" technology in which cool air are directly blow into the center of the ESC and hot air escape at the back of the ESC.

Very interesting!!! I am curiuos to know what applications you have test this with? Onroad/offroad? How does it do to high draw situations like modified sedan racing with a 3.5 or even a 2.5? I'm sur all this will be answered in time but I couldnt help to ask...

Since our speedo is designed for racing, we spend most of the time running 5cells/3.5R and 6cells/4.5R,9.5R

I know this is On-Road section but is the RB-50 also good for 1/10 4WD buggy and 1/10th truck? I will drive LIPO 2S + LRP 13.5T?

I saw this new ESC on RedRC and I was very pleased with what I saw. If the performance is at least as good as it looks I definately will get one. Also because it is slightly smaller that a TC SPEC from LRP. My only question is, how will it be priced? The same range as the TC SPEC or cheaper?

Joost.

Has anyone ever used a Team Wave discharger? Or even seen one for that matter? The first I had heard of this brand was through this post.

The discharger/equalizer is very good... Works great every time and is can be set for fast operation or slow for better equalizing. The only function it misses is the "hold" function of the novak... but it is quicker even on slow setting.

I would like to know how you program this speedy? I see no external buttons or even an on/off switch (which I would remove anyway).

Cheers

Hi jla8874

Team wave dischargers have been around for a few years, they certainly don't seem to be as popular as the Novak or Muchmore(costmore), but in my experience there V2 is an excellent product hence why i own two!. Customer service is brilliant, but not as good as Novaks as they are the best in the business.

UK.hardcore, although we haven't test off-road as much as what we test for on-road, it will work fine in off-road using 2SLi-Po and 13.5R.

jla8874, we are not a company as big as Novak/LRP in which they can do large promotion event and sponsor most of the races/drivers worldwide. Although our discharger is not as popular as NOVAK/MUCH MORE, we are confident ours is the best.

Dragonfire, the "HOLD" function is actually invented by us! Try to hookup a voltmeter to the batteries on the NOVAK SE and our discharger, you will find what is "HOLD" meaning.
