I have one and it is just written on it, when I ordered it at R10, i imagined that yokomo would sell something adapted for RC cars .
but at least it really helps cooling the motor between packs (motor runs cooler too) .

Here all the pics on that forum that Lonestar pointed out are from this web site.... www.overrc.com Its in French so you need to convert it to read unless you are French....babble fish does an ok job with the conversion. They tell you how much the fans will consume power wise...plus some pics of how everything was mounted on lots of cars.

Default SUCK or BLOW...Which is better????

Can someone suggest to me whether it is better to have the fan sucking hot air away or blowing cooler air on to, the Motor/ ESC/Batteries or whatever object the fan might be trying to cool..

My suggertion is to go with the flow. Motors are designed to move air through them. The mounting location of your fan may dictate the flow direction you need for a specific application. With the motor running, you can use a strip of tissue paper to see if there is an established flow direction in the area where you'd like to mount the fan.
