Default Sorex tires

Since RPs are turning into unobtainium these days, I was shopping around for Sorex tires. I noticed there are two different types of packaging. The red label and the gold label. The red one is the older one. Some rumor that I hear is that the newer ones don't last as long as the old ones. My old sorex36 tires(red label) out lasted two sets of my RP36. Anyone confirm this?

I don't know of any differences in the Sorex tyres.

Most people like their consistancy etc so they have voted them in for the UK Nationals as the control tyre.

which tire traction is good for sorex?

i know that tire traction accelerates tire wear but i am looking for tire traction which is able to give better grip while not wearing out the tires so fast.

any suggestions?

Hey, I use Paragon FX II on everything (and i use sorex's regulary).

Works awesome!

Also, the gold label is the latest batch and i think may be a liiiiitle bit better.

Kind Regards, Ryan Maker.

At our facility, with the RP and CS shortage, we are using the Sorex 28's( premounts from team speedmind) on carpet with very similar performance to the RP30's.
