It should at least be able to compete with the Novak one.

Hopefully, it works better than the CTX-D did for me when I had NIMH packs.

My CTX-D fiasco was just another reason to go over to lipos.

Yes, the Novak discharger worked great...every time.

Wish it would of been out a couple years ago. Looks good and compact. I think it is a bit late though, especially if RROC allows Li-PO for this year. I could be wrong on this one. I believe that after this year everyone will be running Li-Po. I think this is the last year of NiMH packs. Blast away if you must!

Blast away...Why??? You are dead right amigo. Good job!

And, it's the NiMH battery packs that should be charged in "Lipo Bags". Another one blew up across from me at the Carpet Nats last week...Was charged on 6 amps while others around me were doing 10-12 amp charging.

Thanks for the vote of confidense Still Bill. You're also right about the NiMh blowing up. Last month one pack blew 3 cells on one guy. I've yet to see a Li-Po blow up. I've seen at least 8 NiMH cells blow one or more cells in the last year.

Hoping to get into Reedy this year . If I go, may get to see/meet you there. If I don't get in, I would have spent more money than I ever have for any one race and not get in.
