Are you referring to the Tamiya 23t motors?

I think it comes down to your track layout and driving style. Torque for grunt out the corners, RPM for speed through the sweeps.

sorry for playing

RZ has greater RPM, less torque, weak magnet (best for mini and F1)

TZ has less RPM, more torque, weak magnet (best for touring car)

BZ has less RPM, most torque, strong magnet (buggy and truck)

TZ : Perfect for endurance racing and low speed tracks, which requires acceleration power.
26,500 rpm
500 gr/cm torque
Stand Up Brush

RZ : Perfect for sprint racing and high-speed tracks, which require maximum top speed.
27,500 rpm
500 gr/cm torque
Lay Down Brush

My secret tips : use hard springs ( It's already installed ) and Silver Brush, and gear it to 5.5 - 5.6

I don't know about BZ.

BZ has same standup Brush and Armature as the TZ. but the stronger Magnet feels a bit laggy. My 101bk feels hot!

I put it in a 4WD Mini, I still don't know how to gear it right.

Out of those 3, only the RZ has a metal endbell stopper compared to the alum. ones on the TZ/BZ.
